Young Angels Take Flight
Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation Gala Rallied Young Patrons For Cancer Research
The 2026 Young Angels Gala brought New York’s next generation of philanthropists, tastemakers, and supporters together at Crane Club for an evening benefiting Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for Cancer Research.

New York’s young philanthropy set stepped out with purpose for the 2026 Young Angels Gala, an evening that brought fashion, nightlife, and charitable giving together in support of Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for Cancer Research.
Held Monday, April 27th at Crane Club in Manhattan, the annual gala gathered the city’s next generation of supporters for a night of cocktails, music, passed appetizers, and celebration, all centered on a mission that has guided the Foundation for three decades: funding innovative cancer research and helping advance less toxic treatments for patients with leukemia, lymphoma, and related blood cancers.
Hosted by Bianca Peters, Emmy-winning news anchor for Fox 5 NY, the evening honored Elaine Chamberlain, founder and CEO of LÁYN and the Stay in Your LÁYN Foundation. With a whimsical black-tie dress code and a guest list that crossed philanthropy, fashion, entertainment, and social circles, the gala had the polished energy of a New York night out, but with a deeper sense of purpose behind every toast.
Presented by Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation’s Young Professionals Committee, the Young Angels Gala continues to play an important role in expanding the Foundation’s reach. By engaging younger donors, advocates, and cultural leaders, the event helps ensure that the organization’s work remains visible, vital, and supported by a rising generation of philanthropists.

That mission is especially meaningful as Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation celebrates its 30th anniversary. Since its founding in 1996, the Foundation has awarded more than $47 million in grants, making it one of the largest non-governmental sources of support for blood cancer research in the nation. On average, eighty-eight cents of every dollar raised directly funds research, underscoring the Foundation’s commitment to moving resources where they matter most.
The evening also reflected the Foundation’s ability to bring serious philanthropic purpose into a contemporary social setting. Music by David Katz, Neil Jackson, Tokyo Rose, and Jordan Emanuel kept the atmosphere lively, while special contributions from Danielle Rose Fisher, Jorge Torrealba, magician and mentalist Nadav Roet, and Autumn Spiritual Solutions added entertainment throughout the night.
The event was founded by Ayaan Ahmed, with Andrew Warren, Becca Morris, Hugh Barton, and Louie Torrellas serving as founding chairs. Co-chairs included Adriana Ingenito, Alana Kramer, Aleksandra Sasha Tikhomirova, Alexandrea Lafata, Alex Pita, Anjali Peddanna, Anne Li, Catherina Davius, Christina Lo, Cody Chambers, Eric Lerner, Eugenia Bullock, Fer Da Silva, Francesca Minieri, Gabe Galper, Gabriella Oros, Isabella Sylvester, Jason Naylor, Julia Lindenthal, Kyle Persaud, Kseniya Shyrokava, Lauren Summa, Lidiya Oros, Lindsay Karp, Nancy Moeller, Nicoletta Kolpakov, Nicolette Cortez, Renato Ochoa, Ross Pino, Samantha Goldstein, Sarah Amster, Shirin Lofti, and Vikrant Patel.
